how to create multiple ticket forms with different categories

    Hi All,

    I want to create 2-3 help desk ticket forms with different category options. The forms will be shown on different pages.
    Can you please help me to understand how can I use this for different pages?

    Hi there,

    This is not possible to have different forms for different category but you can create custom fields for category so that those custom fields will visible when you select category.

    In case you want same but on different pages for each category, we can discuss paid customization on our Support page or Facebook Page.
