What you could do is create a product category called 50% off or similar and then assign all of the 50% discounted products on your site to that category. To display that category on a page you could do so using the Product by category block and selecting only the 50% off category you created.

The method suggested would be the easiest approach outwith you have to write some custom code or hire a developer to write that code for you. If you’re not aware you can actually bulk add products to categories by editing multiple products at once using this dropdown on custom post types in WordPress.

You could also bulk update products by exporting the products adding the category and then re-importing those again. This would be the fastest approach.
