How to create quote type post

    I’m trying to duplicate quote type post from this theme from Live Demo of this theme (https://www.andersnoren.se/themes/garfunkel/).
    I add quote block and set post type format to quote.
    When I add next block (parapgraph) it’s shown on this red post-quote area, not in post content. How can I do this the way it’s done on Live Demo website?

    I have WP ver. 5.1
