How to create “See Answer” hyperlink

Hi Experts,

I have a question and answer type website. What I want to create is a “Show Answer” hyperlink, so that once user clicks on that, it will show answer. Currently answer is shown just below question in a single post.

can this also be done using some short codes like [Answer] answer goes here [/Answer]
If this is difficult could you please just help me with hyperlink. I would be thankful.
