    I recently received a notification that $200 was automatically charged to my account, and a subscription was activated. Please note that I did not knowingly renew this subscription and have not used your services for some time as they did not meet my needs.

    I kindly request that you immediately cancel my subscription and issue a refund for the amount charged to my account. Additionally, I would like my account and any associated data to be permanently deleted.
