How to delete completely this plugin?

    Hello,
    I’ve installed the newest plugin version and I want to remove it completely. I tried to remove just by WordPress Plugin section but it still showing top admin bar even I write the function to hide it in functions.php file.
    So i think that the plugin left some code snippets, files and tables.

    I want to remove all completely.

    You may have something cached somewhere. Once the plugin files deleted, there is no way that the plugin still displays anything.
