How to delete plugin from database???

    How to delete the plugin from the database as it doesn’t delete on uninstall? Having trouble getting things to work, so wanted to start fresh, however, when deleting and reinstalling plugins, all the data is still there. Very FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!
