How to delete Venmo button

Hello,

I am trying to get rid of the Venmo button on our golf registration form. I never put it there in the first place and we don’t have a Venmo account, just PayPal. I tried to click and unclick the Venmo button under the “Disabled funding sources” under the customize PayPal field, on the advance tab.

Any information on how to delete it would be appreciated.
