Click on AppStore Asst in settings. Then General –> Miscellaneous. Under Cache Settings, uncheck Cache Images locally.

It’s mean, instead of inserting the BBCODE, We insert contain after run the BBCode to Post Contain
This will help the site run faster because the data is not taken from the apple site.
Do you mean shortcode?
If so, I think i know what you are saying. Instead of creating a new post with just the shortcode, insert all of the apps data. Thus WP won’t need to process the shortcode each time the size is viewed.
Am I guessing right here?
kieuphongeg is right, it would be great to have fully generated post with images, rather than shortcode.
But when app is update you won’t have an updated post.
The plugin is comparable with WP-SuperCache. Once the post is viewed it is cached and the shortcode is not reprocessed until the cache is cleared.
