How To Do Full Backup?

    i’m trying to switch hosting, so i thought i could use this. i tried to make a backup, but i see it is only backing up the database. it is only 106kb. how can i have it backup EVERYTHING including the theme, the posts, and everything on the site itself? is there anyway to manually back it up so i can save it and switch hosting? thank you for any insight.

    If you don’t have a ‘complete backup’ schedule, then you can create a new one by clicking the “add new schedule” link on the BackUpWordPress admin page and select Database and files in the popup.
