In order to surpass render-blocking issues, you should push the reported JS and CSS files in Performance Report in the footer or defer them (so they are being loaded after page load). This will make your page to load first, then any JS and CSS files. In order to do that, you should use Asset Optimization in HummingBird. Normal mode provides only “compress” actions, Advanced Mode though gives you the ability to “move to footer” and “defer”.
