How to edit in Explorable theme

Hi

Please have a look at my http://www.kingsofkzn.co.za blog, there are a few problems I need to resolve on the “Travel” Tab

1) The map always shows on the last story I published – I want it to always start on the city of Durban, can this be done?
2) The map is very zoomed in – I would like it to start more zoomed out. Is this possible?
3) The toggle list view on the right of the page – can it start open instead of closed? (most visitors never find it)
4) The filter search section along the bottom of the page – is it possible to delete this?
