how to edit mobile theme

    looking for a way to edit the mobile theme for my website at http://www.cateringnearme.com

    Ideally, i would like the mobile site to either look exactly like the desktop site, or redirect to it, but will be happy if I can be able to add our slider to the mobile site, and be able to change the color scheme of the menu bar.

    Any help is appreciated
