How to edit Permalinks?

    I do not have a place where I can edit my permalinks so I can have it what I want. I have the thesis theme.

    Lets say I write a post my link to that post will be something like
    hxxp://danieldickey.com/?p=1091

    and I want it to be
    hxxp://danieldickey.com/I_fell_in_love_with_a_fat_girl

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
