• Hello,
I’m trying to fix AMP errors myself – things such as improper syntax or tags missing for AMP pages and posts. Where do I find the AMP version of the post and edit the source code or HTML code to change the AMP version of the site?

I don’t see this option in the regular post test editor.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi @beebswong

The AMP version gets generated automatically with proper validation.

Can you share the URL of the post which you are trying to validate? I will check and help you personally!

    Hi Ahmed,
Thanks for the help! I have quite a few pages with various errors though, from the Search Console:

‘width’ in tag ‘amp-img’ is set to the invalid value
Missing URL for attribute ‘src’ in tag ‘amp-img’.
The mandatory tag ‘noscript > style[amp-boilerplate]’ is missing or incorrect.

There are other errors but that was some of them.

    Here’s the root domain – https://www.gomechanicalkeyboard.com

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @beebswong

I have checked your homepage and single post but I could not see any validation issues.

Can you please let me know where exactly on which URL do you get the issue. So that I can check and help you fix.

    Regards

Hi Ahmed, thanks for looking into this.

Here are some of the pages via search console:

    https://www.gomechanicalkeyboard.com/lists/best-mechanical-keyboard-for-mac/amp/016/amp/

All of these pages had a ‘body’ tag missing, according to the search console. If you need images or anything let me know.

    Regards,
    Brendan

    @beebswong

When I see the source of the URL, it’s loaded only until the CSS.

Can you please enable WP_debug to true and let me know if you get any error?

Also, if you could contact us directly on https://ampforwp.com/support/ ? So that our team will help you fix it.
