• Hi all! I am loving WordPress so far and just spent 30$ on a multi-rating-pro plugin and by using two short-codes a post will display the rating form and the results.

The only problem with this, and from what I can see with all short-codes and widgets, is how is anyone going to ‘force’ their users to type in those two short-codes for every post that they make?

I am building a information-gathering user-ranked site, so each post needs to be able to be ranked- surely there must be a semi-sensible way to embed a couple short-codes into the default post settings somehow…?

    The short-codes are: [display_rating_form] &
    [display_rating_item_results]
I don’t think I am googling the right questions and messing around in single-post.php almost broke the site for awhile there 🙂

I really appreciate any help and hope to become a contributing member of the community, thanks!

  • Hi :),

Do you wish to embed the short-code to specific post or all the post (old and new)?

If it is for only single post, then you can directly paste the code in the post edit page.

For all the posts, you may want to check with the plugin developer. So that they can help to embed the code in CSS file.
