Hi,

If translations for the plugin are available (you can see (and contribute 🙂 to) available languages here: https://translate.ww.wp.xz.cn/projects/wp-plugins/maintenance/), the plugin will show in the language your WordPress install is set to in Settings -> General.

For some reason, the Russian language doesn’t turn on completely for me ;-(

Yes, it seems it’s not picking up all the strings … we will have to look into that, sorry 🙁
