How to exclude post category

    Hello,

    I would like to load the most recent posts from 4 categories in WordPress. The generator only gives me the ability to load “All” or one post category. Is there a way for me to select more than one category to be generated in slider?

    Hi @valeneashia

    You can select as many categories at the post generator as you want. But the way the generator works is that it pulls the latest posts from any of the selected categories. E.g. if you select Cat1, Cat2, Cat3 and Cat4, and your latest 4 posts are from: Cat2, Cat4, Cat3 and Cat2, you’ll have two posts from Cat2 and none from Cat1.

    If you want to have the latest post from each categories, then you should create 4 dynamic slides. Each one should pull 1 post from one category. This way you can make sure that posts from all categories are included.
