How to execute a PHP file in WP

i am supposed to call a web service using the wordpress as i didnt found any plugin suitable for that i have hand coded it in a php file,now i want to run that php file on clicking a button in wordpress.Please direct me how to run that php file on clicking a button in wordpress.
