How to Export user roles

Hi, thank you for your great plugin.
I have a question : in addition to other fields, I would like to export user roles, but when I click on “add” in the tab field” and put “wp-capabilities” in the meta key field, the content of the export field is the word “array” (of course, because it’s an array) and not the role itself (customer, member, etc.)
What can I do to export the role ?
Do I have to add a snippet in my functions.php file ? If yes, which one ? IS there a code somewhere for that ?
