    Hi,
I would like to do a saving of my wordpress because I just updated.
After scanning, I have too many alerts (6 errors on 8..), so I can’t save.
How can I fix them? I am pretty new with wordpress etc. and I don’t really understand everything.
I tried to fix some like the Total Size but it still doesn’t work..
I searched everywhere online but can’t find anything :/.
I don’t know what to do..
If you have a page or something that explains/shows how to fix all the problems, it would be really helpful.
    Thank you so much.

  • Hey @floravgn,

Thanks for the feedback! There are a few items on the FAQ that may provide a solution with this issue, this one may get you going.

        – What if I see warnings or errors during the ‘Scan Process’?

Let me know if any of them help~

Thank you so much for the quick answer.
I unfortunately don’t understand what I have to do as I do know anything about complicated technical terms in wordpress..
It is really annoying as I can’t save my website because the scan fails..

Thank you very much though, for you answer !

If the scan is failing completely then please submit a support ticket and refer to this thread.

If your just seeing warnings from the scanner you can still try and build the site. The warnings are just there to let you know about possible issues that may arise if your on a budget host. The scan is successful if you see a build button at the button with the following message:

Scan checks are not required to pass, however they could cause issues on some systems.
Please review the details for each warning by clicking on the detail link.

You should be able to check the checkbox to enable the build button and then click the build button.

Yes indeed I do have the build button but then the build process just stops and I get an error message:

    “Error 503 Backend fetch failed”

I have on idea how to fix that..

I turned off my cache plugin as said in the FAQ and it still doesn’t work :/.

    Hey @floravgn,

It looks like your running into a possible timeout issue on your web server. This usually happens when the server your on terminates the PHP process before it can complete. Its typically more common on budget hosts with larger WordPress sites. Here is a helpful section on the FAQs page that might provide you some workarounds:

        – What can I try for Timeout Issues?

For quick solutions skip down to the section titled “MANUAL TIMEOUTS WORKAROUNDS”.

Let me know if that helps~

Thanks I enabled the filters, the wp-content/uploads folder and it worked.
But are all of my files saved? Because this folder contains images, videos etc.. so are these files saved or not?
If not, what I am supposed to do?

Thank you so much for your quick answer.

You will want to follow the instructions in the last part:

    Package Timeouts
If the log indicates that you made it past the database script process then you may experience timeouts with backing up all your files. Below are a few items you try to if you run into issues with backing up all your files:

Try to exclude large files such as movies, large images or other backup files (like .zips or .tar files) from the file filters section

Exclude your wp-content/uploads folder by adding it to the directory filters option. Then after the install is complete at the new location you can manually copy/FTP those files back over.

    Where is the new location..?
And how do I copy the files ? Sorry I’m really a beginner, it’s really confusing for me.

    Hi @floravgn

    1. The new location is where you install and run the installer.php file.
    2. To copy over the files you will need a program like filezilla. Here is a good video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A-gr0LIWT64

    Hope that helps~
