How To Forbid adding Modify-date when use Quick-edit?

I use wordpress as a cms system mostly, so the modify-date is very important in it. beacause it was published by modify-date.

when I use quick-edit to eidt post ,I just want to change the category of the post.

and i finished this. i found the modify-date of the post was changed.

so the post shows In front of all posts，in fact it was modified One day before. and the content of the post was not changed.I just want to change the category of the post , and don’t want to change the modify-date of this.

so how could i do this. anyone can help me.

I think that there should be an option let us to choose Whether we need to change modify-date or not when we use quick-edit.
