How to get function code plugin installed

    Hi,
    I’m sorry but I’m not php preparaed, anyway I’d like to know hot to get the code function of a plugin already installed in wp.
    Precisely I’v got wp multisite in different language and I’ve installed multilingual press for translating posts and pages. It would be very useful for my layout to move language flags from widget area to the header.
    Someone can help me, please?
