How to get Shipping Method Pakages using API

Hello,

Some more clarification out goal is how we can calculate the shipping.

like if we have the country, state, city and postal code. now how we know that which shipping zone will apply to this details is there any function which gives us the zone id etc using API.

Thanks for your replay.

You would not be able to retrieve a shipping zone via country/state/postal code, you would need to retrieve all of the shipping zones

=> Yes, we can do this using default API. /wp-json/wc/v3/shipping/zones/

and then parse through the returned list
=> Okay
and find a match from the returned zones.
=> Now here, Please explain in details.

How we can find with.
1) Current customer address( country/state/postal ) to returned list ?
2) How to match zone ID to customer address?
3) How to identify which shipping methods we can apply?

You will need to retrieve the list of zones
=> Done, please check below example.
, then all of them individually so that you will have the location of each.
=> Okay.
These would then need to be compared to the address being used to find a match.
=> Here please help, how we compare ? in this below response which field we can use to compare with the address like “name”: “India”? or?

Once a match is found,
=>, Please provide the list of matches like if my current address in UK London then?

you retrieve the shipping method(s).
=> We can use this API to get methods http://localhost/wooapi-create-order/wp-json/wc/v3/shipping/zones/2/methods
