How to get started with this plugin

I don’t have a login configured on my website. Is there a step by step guide that gives you details on how to set this plugin up correctly.

Also, can someone help me out with a list of all the shortcodes.

I understand that this should be simple enough for me not to ask but I can’t seem to figure it out and I’m also time bound.
