I don’t seem to find a way to get the access to the API required no matter what I try. There is no place in my account that will allow me to get an API for the free version.

Please login to wpvivid.com(https://wpvivid.com/my-account), click “license” tab, you can find the “father license”, copy that father license and fill in the free version plug-in to activate the plugin.

When I enter my email to create a free account for the API I get…

Error: Decrypting request data failed. Please try again later.

What can I do to fix this so I can enter my email?

There is no way to register a free license.
