Hi,
Can you ensure you use as many plugin options as possible? Also make sure the WP Hide > Rewrites > Theme > Remove description header from Style file option is active.
Can you send a sample name of wp- directories you still see in the code?

Yes everything is activated I replaced, rewrote everything, no wp- plugin directories are available but there are id and classes with theme name, there are 160 times mentioned theme name as id or class. For example <div id=”theme name” also there is domain.com/wp-json available, wp-embed, w-post image and such texts. There is 60 wp- mention despite that I already rewrote wp-content wp-includes files.

Hi,
You can disable the domain.com/wp-json if not used, through Rewrites > JSON REST. Also remove the wp-embed through General / HTML Oembed. For the wp-post you can use this filter described at the article https://wp-hide.com/documentation/wphob_start_callback/
Bulk changing the wp- will not work as most probably will break the site appearance or/and functionality. For that, you may want to check with the Replacements functionality available for PRO, which is a safe way to change any traces on your site, including the theme name and ids. All this while keeping everything functional.
