How to import field values?

Hello , Thank you for great plugin .

I have 2 queries.
1. I have created custom field like name with values as check-boxes, I have to add thousands of values(names) , how can I import from csv or excel these values for field “Name”? , I didn’t find from csv importer plugin.

2. As there are thousand of check boxes for a single custom field .
I want to use easy search and select option for admin like/from http://www.bootply.com/120434 multiple select
what is the organic way to use this effectively ?

I have browsed from all support and documentation , unfortunately I am unable get solution..
