How can I have an ad banner come up after say 6 posts (2 rows of 3) of the Elementor Loop Grid that I’ve built my News page with?

When the theme is using standard WP hooks you can use insertion position Between posts:

In your case it seems the page is created client-side so you need to use client-side insertion with this approach:
