How to insert button image for Post Image?

    by default, all gallery page top will have

    [Post Image] [Post Video URL]

    1. I have a Upload button image, how do I replace it?
    2. How to remove [Post Video URL] only button=”off” ?
    3. Can the tags change color? or must use additional CSS class=”filter_tag”
