How to insert TOC in classic editor

    Hello, thanks for the plugin.

    It works great for me in articles written in Gutenberg, but I’ve got a lot of old articles, written in classic editor. Is there any way to insert the TOC to such an article without converting them to Gutenberg? Maybe some shortcode or tag?

    SimpleTOC is a Gutenberg-Plugin written in React. There is no way it can be used in the old and deprecated classic editor. You can convert your old post to Gutenberg with a click in WordPress.
