Also, you could follow their installation instructions as well:
“Upload the folder to wp-content/themes, click on “Presentationâ€? in the administration panel and select it from the list. Simple.”

after i log into the adminstration panel, but i can’t find the Presentation menu option, where is it??
Are you sure that you’re using WordPress v1.5, or WordPress v1.2.2?

wait, how to upgrade v1.22 to 1.5?
I’d strongly recommend staying with v1.2.2 and finding another theme, unless you have a good heap of PHP and MySQL knowledge/experience.
