Regardless though, these are the WordPress support forums, not the Ghostscript or Dreamhost support forums. You’ll really be much better off contacting Dreamhost about this.
I contacted them and found no way though, and they said i can install it by my own..but i dont know how to.. I shared it here because I am using wordpress platform to do the site.. sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Ok, if they aren’t willing to install it for you, and claim you can do it yourself, you’ll need shell access from them, then follow this guide: http://www.ghostscript.com/doc/9.16/Install.htm#Install_Unix
To be honest though, I’m 99.9% sure that you will not have the level of access required to install that on a shared server, so I’m guessing they were either confused by your question or they mean that Ghostscript is already installed on your server.
Now, with all that said though, Ghostscript is not required by WordPress.
Just skimming it, it looks like Ghostscript doesn’t need ROOT access, so technically you can install it. But we at DH won’t do it for you. Not even with a VPS (and not at all on DreamPress).

This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
