How to integrate Jquery code with wordpress???

    Hi, I had a gallery page on my blog which is independent. URL is here:

    It is totally static page, I just upload pictures using same name to replace the old one through FTP, this is an annoying job. Can I do something that can make the picture URL link to my wordpress media? So it means anytime I upload onto WP media, the picture will be changed automatically. If can, how to do it?? What should know? Thanks first!!
