How to integrate wordpress into website?

Hi, I am new to wordpress but okay with css and html. Can someone help me load my wordpress blog into my current website. I am having problems with what to load and where to change code at. I already have a separate subdirectory in my host site but what do i have to customize to integrate it into my current html code. my site is http://www.eliterhino.com. thanks
