    Hello,

I am using WPC Product Bundle Premium to configure kits with multiple components on my website.

My setup: I have a main product for sale with 2 variations: Combo A and Combo B. The customer must choose between these two.

My stock constraint: Each of these 2 variations must deduct 4 different items from my stock (let’s call them items 1, 2, 3, and 4). These 4 items are themselves variations of another product in my store. These 4 items must be sold together as a fixed set. The customer has no individual choice; they simply opt for the full Combo A or the full Combo B.

My problem: I want the customer to simply select Combo A or Combo B on the product page, and have the system automatically deduct the 4 corresponding items from my stock.

I tried using WPC Linked Variation, but I cannot find how to link my attributes to the main product page where Combo A and Combo B are displayed.

Do you have a solution or a specific configuration compatible with WPC Product Bundle to achieve this?

Thank you for your help. Best regards, Emilie”

    Hi @crochtamaille ,

For your case, please create 2 smart bundles, let’s say, Bundle A and Bundle B wih 4 subitems and fixed quantity.

Then you can create a new attribute for these bundles under Products >> Attributes. For example, Combo, with 2 terms Option A & Option B. Then go to the Attributes tab of the single product page for each bundle and add that attribute, configure only 1 term per each, ie. Option A term for Bundle A and so on.

Then go to Linked Variations >> create a new linked variation, add 2 bundles, add the Combo attribute then Publish. These 2 bundles will be linked together as if they are of the same parent variable product.

You can refer to the doc here for some example: https://doc.wpclever.net/wpclv/3-practical-examples/2-linked-variation-2-smart-bundles/

    Best regards.

Thank you for your detailed response, which has already given me a lot of information.

I’m wondering how to configure the product page where my customer will choose between bundle A and bundle B, and how to link it to the previously configured related variations?
I tried using a smart bundle, but I can’t select my two combinations, A and B. I tried using variations, but the stock levels aren’t updating despite the related variations being configured as described. What should I do?
