How to link re-link stylesheets and javascript

    Hi, I just uploaded my WordPress site but the CSS and Javascript aren’t loading. I realize that they are not linked up properly since they are still calling “localhost/..” but I’m unsure how to fix it and re-link it. Can someone tell me what file I edit? Thank you.
