How to make changes with WordPress embed block?

    Using the theme’s CSS customization I can’t make the changes. I’m trying to change the style of the WordPress embed block, but I can’t. Only through the Firefox developer tool can I do something.

    Looks like you can target that with the #image-outer selector.
