How to make Google Map Plugin work with Custom Post Types?

    Is there any possibility to make Google Map Plugin work with custom Post Types (WP-Types)? The specific function I’d be interested in is this: Have Google Map Plugin pull the coordinate Info form a Custom Post Type and display it in a Google Map Mashup that links to the Custom Post Type. (Adding the Post ID in Settings does not seem to work in this case.)

    Can this be done? It would be really lovely!
