hi,
I want to get it working on wpengine.
They say issue because of their cache . so they cant exclude the whole site from cache.

So i want help from you. how can i get work with this plugin. some thing working some thing not working.

Hi John,

If they have caching that is affecting the rendering of a shortcode, which, without any detail about your issue, is what I’m assuming is happening, then you could ask them if they could disable caching for specific pages or plugins or elements, etc.
