How to manually activate plugin ?

    Hi )

    How is it possible to manually activate any plugin ?
    I mean not by clicking the link activate/deactivate, but by editing the code manually.

    Look at the top 30 lines of the “plugins.php” file.

    I looked through plugins.php but have no idea on how to activate via command line still. Can someone help?

    Which file get updated with “Activiate” button is pressed on admin console?
