How to mark Specific external Link?

    Hi there,
    first: Thank you for the great work and the great Plugin. It is super helpful.

    My Question is: Is it possible to just to mark specific external Links/Domains with the nofollow option and a Icon?

    I want to let per default all external links as they are and just mark my affiliate Links with nofollow and a Shopping Basket Icon.

    Is this possible? The way with mark all external links und make a exception for the normal (not affiliate) Link are to much work, that’s no solution.
