Hi @cfm168
Thank you for contacting us!
I just installed MailPoet 3 Version 3.75.1. and found lot of subscribers and customers are not included in the users list of MailPoet 3. How can I copy the subscribers and customers from MailPoet 2 to the current version?
You will need to follow this awesome guide regarding on how to migrate users from MailPoet 2 to MailPoet 3:

You also have the option of exporting/importing the list as a CSV file. Here’s a comprehensive guide for importing subscribers with CSV Files: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/126-importing-subscribers-with-csv-files
Before importing please review the recommendations in this checklist: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/127-checklist-before-importing-subscribers

How to migrate customers and subscribers? I can see 470 woocommerce customers in search list under Mailpoet 3, but there is only 121 woocommerce customers in the list for sending newsletter. How can I get all of 470 customers to send the newsletter?
Please advise. Thanks in advance.

Hi @johnlud,
I have Mailpoet3 only in plugins list. The Mailpoet2 disappeared from the installed plugins because plugins conflict. So I deleted it from server. What can I do?

It seems like the current version of Mailpeot-3 pulls all the users from MailPeot-2 without migrate procedure even the plugin deleted. I can find the users in Mailpeot-2 from Subscribers in Mailpoet-3. I will mark resolved later.
