how to place adsense code in ad inserter

Hello friends..!!
I am new to adinserter plugin recently i searched on google it will shows the best plugin for wordpress, and the plugin also top installs ,here my question is i copied the auto ads code to header, my web page is freshly designed, and adsense account is linked to youtube program, but how much time it will take place ads in my site..
