How to place code for Amazonify

I downloaded amazonify 08/08/2010. Since then I have attempted to follow the four seemingly simple installation steps to be able to place amazon associate ads on my site. Yep, I am very green. I have FTP’d the code just about everyplace without success. Eventually, I contacted the author requesting information on the fourth step, the others were a cinch, but he has been unavailable to me.

It has to be simple. Can someone tell me where I place this line of code? [amazonify]:omakase:300:250[/amazonify] If I understand it correctly properly placed this will invite Amazon to come onto my site and install the product links that they believe will sell best.
