How to post code

    Hello,
    I want to post codes in the ticket body and in replies.
    How can I do this?

    Also, I am unable to use any Syntax Highlighter plugin in the tickets. I have tried few plugins like:
    HTML Editor Syntax Highlighter and CodeColorer plugins. But none is working with SupportCandy.

    Please help me.

    Hello Ravi,

    Thanks for contacting us. I hope you are doing well.

    It is not possible to use the third party plugin or custom script in the ticket page. There is no way to fullfill your requirement.

    Thank you for your quick reply. So, what is best way to share codes (HTML / CSS / JavaScript / PHP etc) in a support ticket.

    I will appreciate if you could provide some help.

    Hello Ravi,

    You can use text files to share the code. Create a simple text file, insert code and attach those files.
