How to Redirect http URL to https version

I try to set the site options on both main site https://www.datanumen.com/ and the blog site https://www.datanumen.com/blogs/, but that does not work.

Do you mean “WordPress Address (URL)” and “Site Address (URL)” in “Settings” -> “General Settings”? Yes, they are all set to https://www.datanumen.com/blogs
