How to remove articles

Hello , on my template (streamline) i have “articles” , it looks like a page , its next to my other pages , but it works as a drop down menu and puts in all the categories .it came with a template and its a part of it.
does anyone know how to delete this articles, rename it or some way of controling it. thank you
