The ‘brands’ and ‘product video’ fields are not a default field of Dokan. I believe those are coming from some other plugin that you are using on your site or some customization was done. Kindly have another look at your plugin list if you are using any other plugin and switch to any default theme like twenty twenty-one in order to check if there was any customization made if you are using a child theme.

Hi Jahidul, thank you for your response. You have pointed me towards the right place (it was my theme).
I have one more question, I hope you will be able to help me out. I am trying to add a button to ‘my account’ section for the vendors. I would like them to have a button that takes them directly to their shop.
Is there a way of achieving this?

The my-account page comes from WooCommerce. I believe you are referring to add an extra option in this menu.
For that, there is a filter hook. You can use woocommerce_account_menu_items this filter hook in order to play with the menu links of the WooCommerce my-account page.
