I use custom widget area in header. If I put there some modules (text, menu etc), then it shows gray dots before module. Like dots before list.
How to remove these dots?

probably with css;

the widget area output is possibly an unordered list – check http://www.w3schools.com/css/css_list.asp

this is caused more by your theme than by the plugin – please post a link to your site if you would like to get further suggestions.
